The Chinese are taking Prime Minister Harper's words and playing twist with them: Xinhua, the Chinese State owned news agency make Steve look like he's a great pal and supporter of the Chinese regime and Olympic Games. Chinese bloggers on the other hand, refer to him as a arrogant "clown" after he announced he would not be taking part at the Olympic Games opening ceremonies.
